Bad experience with new laptop

- Already make an complaint in czc.cz but until now no information from czc.cz, very disappointed with czc.cz, very care careful guys when ready to spend big amount of money for electronics.
I bought this laptop apr 25th 2020 from czc.cz, when i got the laptop i was so happy to run the pc, unfortunately when i open the box i felt the laptop was used by someone before, i can see some scratches amd finger print all on the laptop, when i try to start the laptop there was no battery it was dead. Then i fully charged and start the lap found left speaker doesn't work proper way, when i play some games the battery draining very fast, also some games doesn't meet graphics well. Totally it disappointed for me, i was expected too much when i bought the laptop.
