Need English Assistant please

Hello, my keyboard broke in a very strange way. The fact is that I bought it less than a month ago. And still great, I kept her very well. But unfortunately, it broke down today. The situation was as follows. As usual, I used the computer, turned it off, it was stuffy in the room, I opened the window and went to take a nap when I woke up (about 2.5-3 hours), the room was very cool, but it was far from subzero temperature (8-12 degrees Celsius), I turned on the PC and noticed that the backlight on the keyboard did not turn on, as usual, although the keyboard was not extra cold or the like, I started typing the Pin code and saw the keys sticking, while not duplicating one character, but sticking right for half a second and about 12-14 characters, I almost blocked my computer because of this. After that, I went to Razer Synapse, reset all settings and downloaded the software for my keyboard from the site. The software showed that I have the latest version of my keyboard, and then I completely reset all settings in Razer Synapse. Unfortunately, it didn't help either, I tried to take and connect another Type-C cable (although I only use the original Razer cable from the Key Switch set), but it didn't help either. I turned off the computer and took the keyboard to a warm place, a few hours later I reconnected it to the PC and everything worked, all the backlight immediately lit up and there were no more keys stuck. Half an hour later, I turned off the computer and turned it on again in an hour, but the keyboard never lit up with light bulbs. After that, I spent several hours looking for some information, but I never found anything. I warmed up the keyboard again, but nothing changed. No moisture was applied to it, and no keys were pressed with any huge force. Condensate was not formed in the room and I just have no guesses what could have happened. The only thing that came to my mind was the temperature difference, but again, it's a difference of 10-15 degrees Celsius, no more. Please tell me if it can be some kind of factory defect, or is it typical of Huntsman Mini keyboards?
