We successfully completed the process of certification ISO 9001:2001 on 15 October 2004 and we received the .

In September 2005 we successfully re-certified the quality management and we keep on working on its application in the firm processes.

We are young, dynamic developing company focusing on the sale of computer technologies for customers, not only home computer users, small and middle firms, but also big companies and customers from the area of education. We concentrate on customers – enthusiasts, those who have computer as their hobby. Very important group of customers are PC games players. However, we are able to meet not well informed customers’ requirements as well.

The firm was founded in 1998. In 2000 we moved to the street Budejovicka near to the underground station Kacerov, Prague 4, where we found not only larger space but we got nearer to our customers

In 2002 we launched a new version of our web sides. The aim of the web sides was to add descriptions, tests and pictures to all our products and to start discussion where everybody can write their questions to a chosen component. The product portfolio was branched out. The system of handling complaints, where we try to change goods immediately, is another important change. We obtained series of certificates [Hewlett Packard, reserve sources APC, Microstar products, Compaq, Soltek, Cisco, ACER, etc.]

On 1 September 2003 we opened a new business premises in Haje, Hviezdoslavova 666, 3-minute walk from the underground station Haje. This respectable place should ensure our customers’ contentment and we are able to provide better service and more space then before.

On 5 January 2004 we started to use a new information system that helped us to fasten and improve services for our customers. At the same time we launched new web sides focused on better quality of published information, such as on-line stock checking, PC configurator, the state of handled complaints, detailed products’ descriptions including our and your write-ups, etc.

In September 2005 we opened a logistic center in our new premises in Pribram. All our consignments are sold from here. There is a shop for Pribram and surrounding that offers well trained and professional team and a huge store. At the same time we partly rebuilt our Prague outlet where we moved the check-out and enlarged delivery place in the store and expanded car park for our customers. The number of employees exceeded 50.

Czech Computer Ltd. is a trade company that prides on a quality and very reasonable prices for the customers. That is given by very good cooperation with our distributors and, last but not least, by cutting operating costs.

Thanks to the close links with most our distributors in the country we are able to offer products of all important hardware and software producers with detailed information and tests results on our web sides.

In 2001 we managed to increase the turnover by 50 per cent against the year 2000. In 2002 the turnover increased by more than 60 per cent against 2001. 2003 was no less successful, our turnover increased by 50 per cent against the previous year. In 2004 the turnover exceeded 300 million Czech crowns that is increase by 80 per cent against the previous year. The year 2005 was very successful as well. We exceeded turnover 570 million Czech crowns and we kept steep increase of our turnover, by 75 per cent of against 2004.

2006 has been a year of changes for our company. In August we started a call center and in September we lengthened work hours from 8.00 am to 10 pm, which meant to increase the number of our staff to more than 87.
