Hi there,
I have ordered this nice case on 20.11.2020 and today I already left behind 20 days after purchase. Still waiting, still nothing, and at the same time, I am receiving an e-mail about a post-purchase review like they are kidding.Currently, I am in contact with obchod@czc.cz and I just learn that I must wait 14 days more. No words, really.
Okay, this kind of things can happen, I understand the possible problems.
But, what I feel disappointed about this, CZC doesn't let me know, doesn't inform me about this. If I haven't asked, I was going to wait optimistically for the case to come these days, like a fool.Please be more attentive on informing your customers correctly and communicate with them.
