Recenze produktu Battery issues (does not charge to 100%)

- Defective batteries in both headset I received
- Sound quality is good but not as good as expected
- Windows Sonic is not really a good 7.1 plugin. ATMOS plugin sounds much better but doesn't come with this headset (you must buy it for another 500 Kcr)
This is the second pair that I received. The first pair had issues with battery, which didn't charge to 100%. This second pair (completely new one) has the same identical issue. CZC support has been great in replacing the headset quickly. The issue though persists therefore this time I will ask for a refund, and I will chose another brand. I searched on Internet and it seems that this is not the first time that Corsair headsets have this battery charging issue. On the headset you cannot see the charge but you will see that the led will stay orange and will not turn green (which means fully charged). Then if you install the iCue software as per instructions in the manual, you will see that in the Dashboard it will show battery charged up to 94-95% even if you leave it charging for all night. There is no way to fully charge the battery. As for the sound quality, my old Plantronics Audio 995 (costed half) beat those headset for sound quality in any test I tried. Very disappointed with Corsair :/
