My chair is too loose
Hello! I ordered a gaming chair GX 500 through one website in Slovenia but they told me to contact you. I have a problem with those things where you can rest your arms because one of them is too loose and I had this chair for one week. Is there a screw that I can tie it up and then it's going to be more stable? I hope you can help me
