@Denaly: We are here to help you so there is no need to apologize.Streaming does not really matter since it is possible to use a GPU for it and not a CPU.
Motherboard is good enough. Cheaper one be as good as the one you chose:https://www.czc.cz/asus-tuf-gaming-b550-plus-amd-b550/289971/produktCooler is a little overkill but a great choice. I have a similar one. It is the same with the PSU.

@Killing joke: Thank you again for your fast answer. If you say that the one I choose is good, I guess I will stick with that. As I told you my idea is to build a pc that will last for several years, so I am willing to spend a little bit more to have a better pc. So if by any chance you have a suggestion to make my list better, please let me know. I am also thinking to wait to see the price of the new ryzen that if I am not mistaken should be revealed today. Hopefully, it will be easy to find them if I decide to buy.Just a last question, do you think my old 1060 will be able to make games in 2k. I mostly play World of Warcraft, Cod, Escape from Tarkov.Best regards

@Denaly: GTX 1060 is pretty weak for 2K. You will see. It may be enough for you.
