Hi,
I am John used Ps5 for the last 2 months. I am facing lots of issues connecting my Ps5 with my "Fritz router" https://fritzeinloggen.de/. I don't understand what is the exact issue or problem, but it's not connected with my Ps5. I rest my router as well as my Ps5 but it still not connecting. The connected light of the Ps5 is not blinking. I read all the guidelines to connect Ps5 to Router but its also not working. I request to the experts please tell me what can I do next to solve the problem.

Hello, John,
try to describe how you connect to the router, whether using cable or WiFi. Have you tried both connection options?
